Note that this rule applies to new-build homes only, built from June 2022 onwards.

What if I already have a conservatory?

Also, if you’re planning on building a conservatory to a home that is already built, so long as it wasn’t built after June 2022, then you are still allowed to build or add a conservatory onto your home, should permissions allow.
